The Highway One model of Fender Stratocaster is their attempt at creating a lower cost model of guitar that people want to buy and play. Still made in the USA, the strat was introduced in July 2006 and was touted by Fender as a great model at a great price.

The Highway One features a Satin Nitrocellulose Lacquer finish which makes the model look unlike any other glossy stratocaster you have ever played.
